Full Exercise of Over-Allotment Option
MP MENASHE, Israel April 04, 2012 --(BUSINESS WIRE)--Caesarstone Sdot-Yam Ltd. (NASDAQ:CSTE), a manufacturer of high quality engineered quartz surfaces, today announced that the underwriters of its recently completed initial public offering exercised in full their option to purchase an additional 999,000 ordinary shares to cover over-allotments. The issuance and sale of the over-allotment shares closed on April 2, 2012. As a result, the Company issued a total of 7,659,000 ordinary shares in the initial public offering, including pursuant to the underwriters’ over-allotment option, at an initial public offering price of $11.00 per share.
